SmartStudi - Edtech SaaS
SmartStudi is an AI-powered SaaS platform that equips students with tools to write, paraphrase, check for originality, and more. They offer these tools via smartstudi.com and several Chrome Extensions. When they came to us, their support inbox was overloaded, and their internal team was spending way too much time manually replying to tickets and solving basic technical issues.
That’s where Bonobara stepped in. We built SmartStudi a fully agentic support & IT troubleshooting workflow that turns chaos into calm. Whether a user sends a message to support@smartstudi.com or drops feedback through an in-app form, our AI flow kicks in immediately. First, it checks if the person is a known user in SmartStudi’s database. If so, it pulls all their relevant info—subscription status, payment history, account activity, and more.
Our flow classifies every message into one of several categories:
